For Baby and Me…
Due to COVID19 our usual timetable has changed and many of the classes are now online via ZOOM. Many indoor classes remain online however we are confident that we can still deliver quality classes for you and your baby to enjoy at home.
We are now able to slowly re-start Pramactive classes outdoors and indoor Baby Massage classes but this could be subject to change if local lockdowns occur. All classes have limited places and must be booked ahead (available to book 7 days before the class).
Launching November 2020 is our private Facebook group Chatty Mums Club. A safe, supportive space where you can chat, ask questions and meet other mums. You’ll get full access to the online timetable plus social events, coffee mornings and Gin Socials. There will also be ‘Meet the Expert’ masterclasses eg Womens Health Physio advice, prize givaways and more. If you’d like more info on how to join Chatty Mums Club please get in touch.
At Home Timetable
Monday: 9:30am StayActive (30-35 min class to tone, strengthen and get the heart pumping)
Tuesday: 1pm Little Ones Baby Massage (suitable from 3 wks old)
2pm Wrigglers & Rollers (Baby Massage with Yoga and Song) Suitable for babies who want to move!
Face to Face Timetable

A bit about me
I’m Claire and when I’m not teaching For Baby and Me classes you’ll probably find me walking my dog Murphy around Didsbury!
I have always been active and spent many years running regularly and completed several half marathons and a triathlon. Nowadays I prefer walking, particularly hill walking and hope to complete the National 3 Peaks Challenge in the future.
I also regularly practice Iyengar Yoga and find this is the perfect antidote to my days spent talking constantly! I’m a keen cook and love creating different meals for my family … but you can’t beat a Friday evening out for food and a glass or two of wine!
I have a wealth of experience working with women and families and I’m passionate about empowering mums to feel good about themselves both physically and emotionally. Giving them opportunity, through my classes, to be themselves, make friends and enjoy their time with baby is my main motivation. I strongly believe that mums are the ‘experts’ and support ‘instinctive’ parenting – because YOU know your baby better than anyone and the internet does not hold all the answers!
