Your health and well-being are crucial! Make sure you take time for yourself too; to rest, eat nutritious meals, get outside, meet other mums and ask for help when needed.

3️⃣ Establish a Routine:

Babies thrive on a little routine! While it may take time to establish, having a consistent massage, sleeping, and play schedule can help both you and your baby feel more secure, relaxed and organised.

4️⃣ Comparison is the thief of joy:

Remember, every baby develops at their own pace, each family operates differently and there is no fixed timeframe for post-partum recovery. Celebrate your own unique milestones, no matter how small they may seem!

5️⃣ It’s Okay to Feel Overwhelmed:

Parenting can be challenging and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed! Not everyday will be easy or every moment enjoyable, don’t feel guilty for not ‘making the most’ out of every second!
